Extraordinary Update of Eligible Issuers | Solactive Australian and Global Select Sustainable Leaders Bond TR Index | 23th February 2021
Extraordinary update of the List of Eligible Issuers for the Solactive Australian and Global Select Sustainable Leaders Bond TR Index (DE000SLA9SQ2), the “AFFECTED INDEX”.
The Selection Party has identified the following Issuer (“AFFECTED ISSUER”) as being no longer compliant with the ESG screens according to section 2.1.1 of the Index Guideline of the AFFECTED INDEX
- HSBC Holdings PLC (“HSBC”)
The oversight committee approved the exclusion of the AFFECTED ISSUER on 19th February 2021 from the List of Eligible Issuers.
According to the section 2.1.1 of the index guideline of the AFFECTED INDEX, the extraordinary update of the eligible issuer list will take place on 23th February 2021, the first Selection Day 2 following the decision made by the oversight committee.
