Merger | DEN JYSKE SPAREKASSE A/S & VESTJYSK BANK A/S | 18th January 2021

Due to the merger of DEN JYSKE SPAREKASSE A/S and VESTJYSK BANK A/S, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• DEN JYSKE SPAREKASSE A/S will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of VESTJYSK BANK A/S (VJBA.CO) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 18/01/2021
