Today, on the 21th of December 2020, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for Methodology Change
Due to the development in the MLP market environment Solactive AG has determined to lower the minimum Free Float Market Capitalization requirement from 500 million USD to 50 million USD. This Methodology Change should assure that the composition of the Affected Indices always reflects a reasonable number of constituents and therefore assure ongoing replicability.
Changes to the Index Guideline
The wording in the Index Guideline is replaced as follows:
Section 2.2
Old wording:

If this procedure would result in a number of constituents of less than 20, the Minimum Free Float Market
Capitalization is relaxed up to 500 million USD.
