Due to the acquisition of RICE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP with EQT MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices.

Inspire Small/Mid Cap Impact Equal Weight Index

Solactive US Energy Infrastructure MLP Index

Solactive Junior MLP Composite Index

  • RICE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of RICE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
  • Effective Date (open): 07/23/2018.

 

For

Solactive MLP Composite Index

  • RICE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
  • The shares of EQT MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
  • Effective Date (open): 07/23/2018.

 

For

Solactive High Income Infrastructure MLP Index

  • RICE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
  • RICE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be replaced by NOBLE MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP (NBLX.N / NBLX UN) in a weight-neutral transaction.
