Due to the acquisition of RIB SOFTWARE SE (TENDERED) by SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC SE (SCHN.PA), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• RIB SOFTWARE SE (TENDERED) will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of RIB SOFTWARE SE (TENDERED) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 09/07/2020
