Solactive Emerging Markets Large Cap USD Index

• CJ E&M (O MEDIA HOLDINGS) CORP ORD will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of CJ O SHOPPING (CJ HOME SHOP) ORD will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
