Due to the acquisition of EQM MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP by EQUITRANS MIDSTREAM CORP, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

EQM MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP will be removed from the Index.
The weight of EQM MIDSTREAM PARTNERS LP based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
