Spin Off | SITE CENTERS CORP | 1st October 2024

On October 30, 2023, SITE CENTERS CORP announced the approval of a plan to spin-off the Company?s Convenience assets into a separate publicly-traded REIT to be named CURBLINE PROPERTIES CORP. On September 9, 2024, SITE CENTERS CORP confirmed that the distribution of CURBLINE PROPERTIES CORP is expected to occur on October 1, 2024. SITE CENTERS CORP holders will receive two shares of CURBLINE PROPERTIES CORP for every one SITE share held. SITE CENTERS CORP anticipates that regular way trading of CURBLINE will begin on October 1, 2024.
