Merger | SPAREBANK 1 SOROST-NORGE & SPAREBANK 1 SR BANK ASA | 1st October 2024
On October 26 2023 by SPAREBANK 1 SR BANK ASA and SPAREBANK 1 SOROST-NORGE announced the merger between the two banks. SPAREBANK 1 SOROST-NORGE shareholders will receive 0.481702 shares in SB1NO and a cash consideration of NOK 4.33235 per share held. It is expected that the Merger, including the name change to SpareBank 1 Sr-Norge ASA, will be carried out on October 1, 2024. Last trading day in the equity certificate issued by SOON will be on September 30, 2024. First trading day in the merged bank SpareBank 1 Sr-Norge ASA is expected on October 1, 2024.
The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:
- SPAREBANK 1 SOROST-NORGE will be removed from the Index.
- The shares of SPAREBANK 1 SR BANK ASA (SRBNK.OL) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
- The cash portion of the transaction will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
