Acquisition | FIRST TRUST/ABRDN GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY INCOME FUND | 26th September 2024

On July 25, 2024 FIRST TRUST/ABRDN GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY INCOME FUND announced a reorganization into ABRDN INCOME CREDIT STRATEGIES FUND with an exchange ratio of 1.014883. The reorganization was completed on September 23, 2024. In absence of an active market the last close price will reflect the Deal Terms of the transaction.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• FIRST TRUST/ABRDN GLOBAL OPPORTUNITY INCOME FUND will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of ABRDN INCOME CREDIT STRATEGIES FUND (ACP.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 26/09/2024
