Initially announced on April 11, 2024 SHURGARD SELF STORAGE LTD made a cash offer for LOKN STORE GROUP PLC of GBP 11.1 per LOKN STORE GROUP PLC share held. LOKN STORE GROUP PLC shareholders approved the Acquisition on June 10, 2024. The Court sanctioned the Scheme on July 18, 2024. Trading in shares of LOKN STORE GROUP PLC is expected to be halted effective August 1, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• LOKN STORE GROUP PLC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of LOKN STORE GROUP PLC (LOK.L) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
