Acquisition | HOLLYSYS AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD | 26th July 2024

Initially announced on December 11, 2023, Superior Technologies Holding Limited made a cash offer for HOLLYSYS AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD of USD 26.50 per HOLLYSYS AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD share held. HOLLYSYS AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD shareholders approved the Acquisition on February 8, 2024. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on July 26, 2024. Trading in shares of HOLLYSYS AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD is expected to be halted effective July 26, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• HOLLYSYS AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of HOLLYSYS AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGIES LTD (HOLI.OQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 26/07/2024
