Acquisition | ALUMINA LTD | 24th July 2024

On 26 February 2024, ALCOA CORP made an offer to the shareholders of ALUMINA LTD to acquire all shares in ALUMINA LTD. ALUMINA shareholders will receive 0.02854 shares of ALCOA CORP for each ALUMINA share. ALUMINA shareholders have approved the scheme at the shareholder meeting held on 18 July 2024. The second court to approve the transaction is scheduled for 22 July. Last trading day is expected to be 23 July 2024. Solactive will remove ALUMINA LTD from the indices effective on 24 Jul 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ALUMINA LTD will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ALUMINA LTD (AWC.AX) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 24/07/2024
