Delisting | SHS VIVEON AG | 1st July 2024

On June 14, 2024 SHS VIVEON AG announced its intention to delist trading in its shares from m:access stock exchange. The delisting was pursuant to Sidetrade?s tender offer for SHS VIVEON AG. The delisting is expected to be completed on July 1, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SHS VIVEON AG will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SHS VIVEON AG (SHSGk.MU) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
