Acquisition | SB TECHNOLOGY CORP | 17th June 2024

On 25 April 2024, SOFTBANK CORP decided to acquire the shares of SB TECHNOLOGY CORP through a tender offer. The tender offer price is 2950 JPY per share of SB TECHNOLOGY CORP. On 12 June 2024, the tender offer results were announced and the acceptances reached 88.14%. As the free float of SB TECHNOLOGY CORP is below 15 percent, Solactive AG will remove SB TECHNOLOGY CORP from the indices effective on 17 June 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SB TECHNOLOGY CORP will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SB TECHNOLOGY CORP (4726.T) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 17/06/2024
