Spin Off | BETSSON AB | 16th May 2024

On May 15, 2024 BETSSON AB decided on two separate redemption procedures for a total of EUR 0.645 per share to be carried out in 2024. The first redemption procedure will take place between May 21 and June 12, 2024. The redemption amount, EUR 0.3225 per share, will to be paid to shareholders in SEK. The exchange rate for the first redemption procedure has been set at EUR/SEK: 11.6815 and the payout amount per share amounts to SEK 3.77. The redemption procedure means that each BETSSON AB share is divided into two shares, of which one of the shares is called a redemption share (BETS IL B) (ISIN: SE0021626793). Trading in the redemption shares can take place between May 21 and June 3, 2024. After that, the redemption shares are automatically redeemed for a redemption amount and payment takes place without shareholders needing to take any action. First day of trading in the BETSSON AB share excluding the right to redemption shares will be May 16, 2024.

Solactive AG will implement the following treatment on the effective date of May 16, 2024:

1) In connection with the Distribution the ISIN code of BETSSON AB B share (BETSb.ST, BR85Z77) will be changed from SE0020845014 to SE0021626777. The new ISIN codes will be valid from and including May 16, 2024.

2) The redemption shares BETSSON REDEMPTION SHARE SERIES B will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms of 1 for 1.

3) A theoretical price for the spin-off company will be implemented at fixed price from May 16, 2024 until and including May 20, 2024.

4) Following the Spinoff, BETSSON REDEMPTION SHARE SERIES B will trade between May 21 and June 3, 2024. After that, the redemption shares are automatically redeemed for a redemption amount and payment takes place without shareholders needing to take any action. BETSSON REDEMPTION SHARE SERIES B (BETS IL B, SE0021626793) will be removed from the indices effective (Open) June 4, 2024. The weight of BETSSON REDEMPTION SHARE SERIES B (BETS IL B, SE0021626793) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company BETSSON REDEMPTION SHARE SERIES B will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 16/05/2024
