Solactive AG notes the announcement that BLACKROCK CAPITAL INVESTMENT CORP (BKCC.OQ) will be merged with and into BLACKROCK TCP CAPITAL CORP (TCPC.OQ).

The shareholders approved the merger on March 7, 2024 and it is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on March 19, 2024. BKCC shareholders will receive newly issued shares of TCPC common stock based on the ratio of the BKCC Net Asset Value (NAV) per share divided by the TCPC NAV per share, each determined at closing.

Due to the absence of stock term, Solactive will delay the index treatment until the term is available on the market, and the index adjustment will take effect on the following business day. ECA treatment announcement will be communicated via separate email.
