Acquisition | STARTEK INC | 5th January 2024

Initially announced on October 10, 2023 Capital Square Partners made a cash offer for STARTEK INC of USD 4.3 per STARTEK INC share held. Pending the completion of customary closing conditions, the Acquisition is expected to be completed on January 5, 2024. Trading in shares of STARTEK INC is expected to be halted effective January 5, 2024.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• STARTEK INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of STARTEK INC (SRT.N) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 05/01/2024
