On May 2, 2023, MIDWEST HOLDING INC announced its merger with and into ANTARCTICA CAPITAL LLC, and the term is USD 27 per every one MIDWEST HOLDING INC share held. In anticipation of the closing of the merger, trading of MIDWEST HOLDING INC will be halted on December 20, 2023 open, and officially suspended on December 21, 2023.
