EM Intressenter AB holding approximately 94.3 percent of the shares and approximately 83.6 percent of the votes in ELOS MEDTECH AB CLASS B has initiated compulsory redemption of the remaining shares in ELOS MEDTECH AB CLASS B. Nasdaq Stockholm has now approved the application and resolved that the last day of trading of ELOS MEDTECH AB CLASS B will be 19 December 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• ELOS MEDTECH AB CLASS B will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of ELOS MEDTECH AB CLASS B (ELOSSb.ST) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 20/12/2023
