Acquisition | CELLTRION HEALTHCARE CO LTD | 18th December 2023

On August 17, 2023 CELLTRION INC announced the acquisition of CELLTRION HEALTHCARE CO LTD for 0.449262 new shares of CELLTRION INC per CELLTRION HEALTHCARE CO LTD share held. CELLTRION HEALTHCARE CO LTD shareholders approved the acquisition at a meeting on October 23, 2023. The merger date is expected on December 28, 2023. CELLTRION HEALTHCARE CO LTD is expected to be suspended from trading on December 18, 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

  • CELLTRION HEALTHCARE CO LTD will be removed from the Index.
  • The weight of CELLTRION HEALTHCARE CO LTD (091990.KQ) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
