Spin Off | BOROSIL LTD | 5th December 2023

BOROSIL LTD announced demerger of BOROSIL SCIENTIFIC LTD from the company. Each shareholder of BOROSIL LTD will receive 3 fully paid up share of the resulting company BOROSIL SCIENTIFIC for every 4 shares held in BOROSIL LTD. The equity shares to be issued of BOROSIL SCIENTIFIC LTD will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India. The effective date will be 5 December 2023.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• The spin-off company BOROSIL SCIENTIFIC LTD will be added to the Index according to the transaction terms.
• Effective Date (open): 05/12/2023
