Today, on 27/11/2023, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for Methodology Change

Solactive has determined that the current threshold regarding an unscheduled rebalancing is too strict compared to UCITS standard for a replicating fund (35/20), which also is more restrictive for the Advisory Committee when determining the annual weights. We therefore determined that an adjustment of the weight threshold to values the government deem suitable is more in line with the market standards.

Changes to the Index Guideline

The following Methodology changes will be implemented in the following points of the Index Guideline:

3            DEFINITIONS

From (old version):

“Daily Tracking Weight Threshold” is 20%.

To (new version):

“Daily Tracking Weight Threshold” is 35% for maximum one Index Component and 20% for all other.

Defined terms used in this announcement, but not defined herein, have the meaning assigned to them in the respective index guideline of the Affected Indices. The amended version of the index guideline will be available on the effective date.
