Due to the acquisition of WESTERN ASSET MUNICIPAL PART by WESTERN ASSET MANAGED MUNICIPAL, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• WESTERN ASSET MUNICIPAL PART will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of WESTERN ASSET MANAGED MUNICIPAL (MMU.N) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
