Delisting | SUSE SA | 4th October 2023

On August 17, 2023 Marcel Lux III SARL has taken the decision to delist SUSE SA from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. On August 24, 2023 the offeror launched a voluntary public purchase offer for SUSE shareholders for EUR 16 per share held. The offer consists of EUR 12.80 in cash and an Interim Dividend of EUR 3.20. The combined offer and interim dividend amount per SUSE SA share is EUR 16.00. On September 27, 2023 the final acceptances of the voluntary public purchase offer were published, corresponding to approximately 98.2 percent of the share capital of SUSE SA. The Offer Condition (Section 11.1 of the Offer Document) has not yet been fulfilled and is expected to occur on October 4, 2023. Subject to the offer becoming unconditional, Solactive AG will remove SUSE SA from the indices on October 5, 2023, as the free float is below 15 percent.

The treatment below will be applied to the following indices:

• SUSE SA will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of SUSE SA (SUSEG.DE) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 04/10/2023
