Extraordinary Adjustment | Solactive MLP Infrastructure Index | September 2023

Due to an extraordinary corporate action in the Solactive MLP Infrastructure Index, the following changes will be implemented according to Section 3.2. of the methodology:

MAGELLAN MIDSTREAM LP will be removed from the index and replaced by the first successor, DELEK LOGISTICS PARTNERS LP.

The adjustment will take place on September 25, 2023 cob, effective open September 26, 2023.
