Due to the acquisition of VILMORIN & CIE by PRIVATE COMPANY (UNLISTED), the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• VILMORIN & CIE will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of VILMORIN & CIE (VILM.PA) based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
