Methodology Change | Solactive United States Life & Health Insurance Index| Effective Date 20/04/2023

Today, on the 19/04/2023, Solactive announces the following changes to the methodology of the following Indices (the ‘Affected Indices’):

Rationale for Methodology Change

Solactive has determined that for replicability of the indices to be improved and ease of trading for implementation of future compositions, the Affected Indices will be selected according to industry classification provided by The FactSet Revere Business Industry Classification System.

Changes to the Index Guideline

The following Methodology changes will be implemented in the following points of the Index Guideline 2.1 Index Universe Requirements:

From (old version):

Classified under the Life & Health Insurance industry according to The Refinitiv Business

Classification (TRBC).

To (new version):

Classified under the Life and Health Insurance industry according to The FactSet Revere Business

Industry Classification System (“RBICS”).

The use of FactSet RBICS classification will be incorporated within the May 2023 rebalance.

Defined terms used in this announcement, but not defined herein, have the meaning assigned to them in the respective index guideline of the Affected Indices. The amended version of the index guideline will be available on the effective date.
