Due to the acquisition of Stewardship Financial Corp by COLUMBIA FINANCIAL INC , the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• Stewardship Financial Corp will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of Stewardship Financial Corp based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 11/01/2019.
