Due to the acquisition of 1ST CONSTITUTION BANCORP by LAKELAND BANCORP INC, the following treatment will be applied to the following indices:

• 1ST CONSTITUTION BANCORP will be removed from the Index.
• The shares of LAKELAND BANCORP INC (LBAI.OQ) will be increased according to the stock terms of the transaction.
• Effective Date (open): 07/01/2022
