Due to the delisting of CLOUD PEAK ENERGY INC from the New York Stock Exchange and subsequent move to an ineligible exchange, the following treatment will be applied to the following Indices.

Solactive US Small & Mid Cap Index

• CLOUD PEAK ENERGY INC will be removed from the Index.
• The weight of CLOUD PEAK ENERGY INC based on its last close price will be distributed pro rata to remaining Index constituents.
• Effective Date (open): 03/29/2019.
